VoiceMap lets you record and place voice messages on an interactive 3D globe. You can listen to other users' pins and leave comments. The service is provided "as is".

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction) to use VoiceMap. By using the service, you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of your voice recordings and comments. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, host, stream, and display it for the operation of VoiceMap.

You agree not to post:

• Illegal, hateful, harassing, or defamatory content
• Content that infringes others' intellectual property or privacy
• Spam or automated content
• Impersonation

We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in VoiceMap, including software, design, branding, and content structure, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without permission.

6. Moderation

We may remove content that violates these Terms. Users can report pins and comments. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

VoiceMap is provided without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Please review this page periodically.

9. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
